  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or estimates.
  • To understand how visitors use the website and improve its content, speed and design.
  • To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Which analytics tools do we use?

We use Google Tag Manager to manage website tags, Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and conversions, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session recordings. These services may set cookies and process data on servers outside India. Clarity masks text you type into form fields. How long do we keep your information?

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the project and any legal or accounting requirements afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each tool.

How do we protect it?

The website uses HTTPS encryption, and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.

What are your choices?

  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared, by emailing connect@appifybiz.com.
  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work.
